Hey I'm Allison from Celina, Ohio. I am 15 years old and work at Bella's Italian Grille. I am a home schooled student and my mom does child daycare. I am always on the move from helping my mom run kids to school in the morning, to helping her with the baby she watches, trying to do my school work, and then going to work. I noticed that over the years of helping and taking care of others I wasn't taking good care of myself. I started noticing I didn't have the energy I used to and my clothes don't fit like they did, and I can't run as long and far as I could Before. Working at Bella's I have gained most of my weight I am always drinking soda and eating all the time there. My family and I do eat out more than we should and I know that is part of the problem. So I decided enough was enough and its time to get back on track. I have started setting and hour and thirty minutes out of my schedule to do Hip Hop Abs and change my eating habits. At my age people look at me and say Oh you don't need to lose weight your so young look at me. I'm not doing this to loose a bunch of weight or look a certain way to impress someone. I am doing this to get back into shape and treat my body with the care it needs so I can feel more energized, happy, healthy, and good about myself. My mom always tells me to play basketball or something. I honestly don't like to play sports. But I have decided to try gymnastics this summer. I used to do gymnastics when I was 6 and loved it. Now I hope doing Hip Hop Abs will get me back in shape for gymnastics this year. I can't wait to see the results.
