Transformation story

After being sidelined from gymnastics in my late high school years, the
weight began to pile on. Graduating from high school I was 115 lbs; at 24 I
was 170/180. I have to estimate because More ...
After being sidelined from gymnastics in my late high school years, the
weight began to pile on. Graduating from high school I was 115 lbs; at 24 I
was 170/180. I have to estimate because I stopped weighing myself when size 12 pants were tight. Stress reduction and seeking
better health led me to the gym, where I proceeded to put in two to three
hour work outs three to five days a week. A nutritionist got me on track food
wise and I remained focused through
2006 when I gave birth to my daughter. Post partum, I did nothing about my weight but
gripe for 6 months. I left my full time job and started working part time at
the YMCA. I weighed 153 lbs my first day. Getting back into a regular gym
schedule helped and the pounds came off slowly. Soon I became AFAA
certified group instructor and began to teach classes. 2 years later I weighed in
at 117 and am a certified personal trainer. Baby #2 came in 2011 and this time- I have just 15 lbs to lose to be a pre-baby weight!
TurboKick,P90X and Shakeology have a great effect on my body and I look forward to reaching my goal with the help of my BeachBody community!
