It has been a long time since I have been here! Okay...so I slacked off for a while. But I am back! I am in my second month in the P90X Lean program. I can feel the clothes getting loose More ... | My Blog 12/08/09 I did not work out on Saturday or Sunday.
So I did Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today and then Hip Hop Abs Cardio workout.
I made it through both of them.
Yay!

One of the hardest routines but one of the most satisfying.
Cannot complete it. My thighs burn and my arms ache.
