My name is Patricia Pursley. My primary workout routine is P90X but I enjoy Hip Hop Abs, Kathy Smith workouts, the Firm workouts and other activities such as cycling and hiking.

I am in my second month in the P90X Lean program. I can feel the clothes getting loose and am gaining back all I have lost in strength, endurance, and health! The job I want to have required a lot of physical work so I need to get back in shape!

I did not work out on Saturday or Sunday. So I did Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today and then Hip Hop Abs Cardio workout. I made it through both of them. Yay!   More ...
