More statistics| allyrach Since as long as I can remember I have always struggled with my weight. Being of a shorter stature, I feel a few pounds is just more noticeable making me so self-conscious about my appearance. I really never made fitness a priority until college. During my junior year a friend of mine told me I should take group exercise classes at the gym with this instructor that teaches a class called My Progress My fitness goal: Tone Up Transformation story
Since becoming a beachbody coach and doing BB programs, I have dropped 2 dress sizes and have toned up and increased my energy. I love my new healthier lifestyle!!!
