43 years old, married with 9 year old daughter. Used to Frame houses and work construction that kept me naturally fit. That was 20 yrs ago. The last 12 yrs I have been working in IT - 4 times the money, but I am out of shape. Still able to to do many pushups, but embarissingly I failed doing pullups during my first few days of P90X. I was fortunate to buy a used copy on eBay. I am determined to
