More statistics| alohalloyd waikoloa, HI I am 45 live in hawaii on the big island on the homakua coast, i enjoy hikking and going to the beach, after hurting my leg last year i put on a few pounds and decided it's time to get rid of it so i purchased "REV ABS", so far so good, the first few days i used muscels i havn't used in years, i have used other workout dvd's, but these exercises have pushed me, every day i | ?
