Im 14 years old and my name is Alyssa. I am homeschooled and I have been
teased A lot for being overweight. So I came home upset one day and the
next morning my dad saw the commercial for Hip Hop abs. I got it and have
been doing it and I love it! i lost 4 pounds in the first 2 days. I have been
eating better too. My mom does this with me sometimes when she doesnt
have to work, she says i
