I am a work in progress. However, I have already seen huge changes in my fitness level in just in the first month of Power 90. Not only did I lost over 6 inches and 3% body fat but I can do 40 pushups walk up and down the stairs with out getting winded and feel stronger and walk taller. Because I my huge strides I quit smoking on 9/11/1009. It is a HUGE accomplishment for me after smoking for 15 years. I am so proud of myself. I did gain some unwanted weight the first 6 months of my new smoke free lifystyle. But have already started to take it back off. I did a rotation of Brazil Butt Lift (30 days) and lost 9 pounds. Right now I am about ready to light it on Fiyah with TurboFire! I can't wait to see my progress over the next few months. I know it is going to be amazing.

Brazil Butt Lift, 30 days = 9lbs lost
Turbo Fire 5-Day Inferno Plan = 2lbs and 3 inches lost
Week 1 Turbo Fire = 7lbs lost
Week 2 Turbo Fire = 0lbs lost
...Week 3 Turbo Fire = 0lbs lost
Week 4 Turbo Fire = 2lbs lost
Wk 1 - Wk4 TF = 15 3/4 inches lost
Week 8 = 3lbs and 1 inch lost
Week 9 = 3lbs
