34 years old, married with two daughters. Have lost about 60 lbs by doing P90X off and on, but still have a lot of work to do. Would like to really tone up and add some size by sticking to a strick P90X schedule for 90 days.

I lost 50 lbs in the last 6 months before trying P90X, mostly thru a low carb diet and many hours of working out. Mostly doing cardio everyday and weight lifting about 3 times a week. I am pleased with my overall weight loss but I definately have a lot of toning up to do. I still have a lot of abdominal fat to get rid of, so that is what I'm hoping P90X will help me take care of. So far I think I can handle the workouts but I think I will have trouble following the diet.
