Hi! My name is Amy and I am married with 2 children. Prior to having my children, working out and staying in shape was a big part of my life. I worked out daily and was in excellent shape. When I was 29 I had my first child and managed to gain LOTS of weight during my pregnancy. However, I was able to get back into shape after she was born. Four years later I had my son and also gained LOTS
