I am 37 years old and have been an on and off exerciser for years. In January, I was laid off from my job with Calvin Klein, and decided that now was a great time to focus on myself and get into better physical shape. I have joined a gym, started watching what I eat, and now plan to incorporate some of the great products by BeachBody to get the results I have sought in the past without success.

In January, I was laid off from my job with Calvin Klein, and decided that now was a great time to focus on myself and get into better physical shape. I have joined a gym, started watching what I eat, and now plan to incorporate some of the great products by BeachBody to get the results I have sought in the past without success. My big plan is to tone up--if losing some weight is a by-product of that, I'm all for it. I'm extremely excited to take this next step towards a healthier lifestyle and a better version of myself.
