I am a 23 yr old mother of twins, who just graduated nursing
school and have the additional pounds to proove it. I work
3-4 days a week which can be from 630 to 9 at the latest
(should be 630-7 if i am lucky). So working and kids take up
the most of my day each day. But I want to get back into to
shape, scratch that I want to get in better shape than I
