For the majority of my life, I have been extremely active, but have gone through a long slump. I turned to eating fast food rather than taking the time to fix healthy meals and would always turn to the burger and fries to fix my stress issues. I needed a change, and fast due to health reasons. Now,
in an attempt to make the change, I am currently working with the Turbo Fire program. I am seeing
that I not only have more energy, but am also eating healthier again and paying attention to not craving "unhealthy" foods to fill the gap.
