I am a 48 year old single mom of three awesome boys, 9,13 and 14 years old! I work as a full time retail manager and play as a full time fitness fanatic. My boys and I stay very busy together! Our favorite activities are long distance biking, skating and spending days at Lake Michigan. Beachbody has given me the strength and endurance to keep up with kids.

My transformation began in late January when I was trying to fit in a quick set of push ups before bed. I had worked such long hours that week and just couldn't make it to the gym. During my push ups the Beach Body infomercial came on and everything made sense for my goals in life. The next morning I called and signed up for the Beach Body Power 90 and coach program. When the material arrived I made many changes in my daily routine. I started using the food guide on Michi's Ladder for only tier 1 and 2, I quit eating late at night and I started the Power 90 workouts. So far in 46 days I have defined my muscle tone, developed a much stronger endurance for physical activity and I even sleep more sound. In the past I enjoyed working out in the gym but now I realize how far away I was from having a complete fitness program that was convenient to do at home with a fun on-line team. I look forward to my ongoing progress!
