I started this journey three years ago on April 7, 2008 when I finally had enough of my life style and decided to change my life. I was living in Oregon and had ran away from my past in Florida and was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I quit drinking/etc and you'd think that was the hard part? The hard part was living with myself, the way I had become. I was reborn and felt like a kid again. At that time I was a size 13 but would wear 14-15 sometimes so I would feel thinner. I thought I was thin and I thought I looked good. People will still tell me that I did but how I felt inside was what mattered and it didn't feel good. As the first year went by I started riding my bike everywhere and taking care of myself more. Just by living an active life style and being aware of what I put into my body: I shrunk down to a size 9. At this point I thought I had made huge progress. I was ecstatic and felt great! Life was good. Then after a year went by, I decided to take the next step and quit smoking cigarettes. How did I do that? Cold turkey and lots and lots of running. By June 2009 I was running 20+ miles a week and hitting the gym at least 3X a week and I was waitressing on top of that. I ate well but not as well as I thought... I was able to get down to a size 8 and still felt really good. I had no complaints but still didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. I had these gigantic boobs and still was self conscious of my "back fat" and love handles. Friends would tell me they've never met somebody who put themselves down as much as I did. They thought I was crazy because according to them I looked "fine, beautiful...whatever" I still felt like shit. I moved to San Francisco August 2009 and joined a gym that we all know well named Crunch. I loved Crunch and was there 5X a week hitting it hard. I would attend the weight lifting classes and spinning and yoga, two days a week I'd do two back to back. I was eating as well as I knew how to but ballooned back up to a size 10/12 nevertheless. I was stuck at 150-155LBS 5'9" and a size 8/9/10 for about 2 years. It was so frustrating because I knew I could be in better shape. I didn't understand what I was doing wrong. I felt depressed, angry and would call myself fat just about everyday. You could categorize me as a yo-yo-er. If I even missed one workout, my day sucked. I would put myself down and complain to my boyfriend constantly about my weight. Then one day I saw this girl on Facebook posting her "before and after" picture results with Power90 and P90X while drinking Shakeology. She looked great and seemed so happy. I wanted what she had. I knew this was what was going to end this roller coaster ride. So, I messaged her. Canceled my gym membership (which my trainer was very unhappy about) and I ordered P90X; I decided to commit and 90 days later and was ten pounds lighter and a size 6 (in some pants.) I had a new goal, I wanted those size 6's to be baggy. I wanted to be slim and toned and have that athletic build I had admired on other fit young women. I just wanted to prove to myself I could do it. So, I decided to start Insanity. I needed something a little harder and I knew that it would work for me. I got connected with Team Beachbody and became a coach (mostly just to save 25% on my Shakeology orders.) Then, after getting involved in the accountability groups and engaging my friends and family; I began to really fall in love with this company. It's the ultimate pay it forward program. You benefit yourself by thinking of others and with the focus off of you, you're happy and stay fit to motivate others. Plus, I have the ability to make this my full time job. Today, I sit here, in my towel, happy as a clam. I am a size 5 and have never been this kind of shape. My body has never looked like this. (Not to mention my boobs aren't freakishly huge!) I feel like a whole new person. I still have 5 weeks left of my first round of Insanity and was promoted to an Emerald Coach yesterday with the help my father and best friend who have both become coaches and are drinking Shakeology. Love and support is all I needed. Who would've thought. Oh and the nutrition plan really helped me understand what I was doing wrong this whole time. I thought I knew it all, turned out I knew nothing! I am here to help you, please contact me if you're interested in trying something new and full proof. Lots of love, Coach Amy My Progress My fitness goal: Tone Up Transformation story

I am on my second round of P90X and am feeling great! I used to be a gym member and just wasn't getting any results. I would go about 5 days a week and even do an hour of weight training on top of a spinning class or yoga. I could not budge from my 155lbs and a size 8 at a height of 5'9". Some would say that this isn't overweight but I didn't feel comfortable with my body. After the first round I am now a size 6 and am weighing in at 145lbs! This is amazing for me, I have never been smaller than an 8 and am usually around a size 13. I can't even explain the joy I am getting from watching my body turn into this well powered machine, I am invincible! With this next round I was going to do a hybrid workout but then decided I wanted to see what further results I could get from just doing the P90X program again. My goal for this round is to lose another 10lbs and go down to a size 4. That would leave me at 135lbs/size 4/5'9" which is a healthy BMI. I give updates every week and show progress photos! I have great recipes and will always be there for support. I am in school and a waitress at a pizza restaurant so I know restraint and can help with those cravings! I am always available online and via email and am always up for a chat on the phone if you need help or support. Programs Meal plan: Your current meal plan is: Power Vegetarian at 1500 calories.
