I am on my second round of P90X and am feeling great! I used to be a gym member and just wasn't getting any results. I would go about 5 days a week and even do an hour of weight training on top of a More ...
I am on my second round of P90X and am feeling great! I used to be a gym member and just wasn't getting any results. I would go about 5 days a week and even do an hour of weight training on top of a spinning class or yoga. I could not budge from my 155lbs and a size 8 at a height of 5'9". Some would say that this isn't overweight but I didn't feel comfortable with my body.

After the first round I am now a size 6 and am weighing in at 145lbs! This is amazing for me, I have never been smaller than an 8 and am usually around a size 13. I can't even explain the joy I am getting from watching my body turn into this well powered machine, I am invincible!

With this next round I was going to do a hybrid workout but then decided I wanted to see what further results I could get from just doing the P90X program again. My goal for this round is to lose another 10lbs and go down to a size 4. That would leave me at 135lbs/size 4/5'9" which is a healthy BMI.

I give updates every week and show progress photos! I have great recipes and will always be there for support. I am in school and a waitress at a pizza restaurant so I know restraint and can help with those cravings! I am always available online and via email and am always up for a chat on the phone if you need help or support.
