Grown up I have always been a water baby. My love for water allowed me to swim competitively throughout high school. While I was "fit" in high school (125lbs at 5'5") I ended up with a rotator cuff injury that prevented me swimming in college and I pretty much gave up working out all together. Well, it's a new year and time for a new me! I've been going to a chiropractor for about a year now and he's been very helpful with my shoulder. I recently began swimming again and it feels great! My shoulder hurts sometimes when I swim but I'll just bring down the intensity a few notches and I'm still able to swim 3000 where before swimming 100 KILLED my shoulder! I'm looking forward to losing some extra weight and then begin lifting weights so that I can tone up! Currently my weight is at 149 and at my heaviest I was 160. I would like to be down to 135 by the end of the year.
