I have been blessed to have four beautiful baby girls in the last five years. I have always enjoyed staying active, I love the challenge of pushing my body to its fullest potential. In 2000 and 2001, after returning home from four years of college and dorm/house living (you can imagine the effects!), I began my transformation - I decided I wanted to be in better shape now than even before I I have been blessed to have four beautiful baby girls in the last five years. In 2000 and 2001, after returning home from four years of college and dorm/house living (you can imagine the effects!), I began my transformation - I decided I wanted to be in better shape now than even before I went to college. My target - 125 and a daily jogging routine. Gearing up, even to survive the extreme winter elements here in central Wisconsin, I made the commitment, changed my eating habits, and implemented a regular workout routine. In a few months, I did it! At 125, I was ready for the next step...

...and at that time in my life, a different transformation was going place - in 2002, I gave my life to the Lord - or rather, HE GAVE HIS LIFE TO ME, which began a deeper transformation as my soul, my mind, and indeed my whole life began the daily renewal of being refreshed into a new creation in HIS care, love, and image. I met and married my husband, and have spent the last five years building our family - one precious daughter at a time! :-)
In between and during my pregnancies, Debbie Siebers was a "good friend" of mine, as her Slim-in-6 workouts, due to the mostly standing nature, were great for pregnancies - I stayed standing for the ab routines, and kept my muscles throughout each pregnancy.
In January of 2008, just two months after my last delivery, I again decided it was time to reclaim my body. Again, I am ready to get into the best shape I have ever been. I began my workouts - Turbo Jam *YES Chalene!*, Slim-in-6 *My Old Friend!*, Great Body Guaranteed *The BURN just Can't Be Beat!*, a Yoga Booty Ballet starter, and I may even tap into some of the ol' Power Half Hour I got for my husband a few years back.
So far, I've lost 45 pounds - I can FEEL my muscles building with each workout, and SEE the transformation in my body. I am sooooo excited! I have been weighing in at 130-132, with just 5-10 more pounds to go to reach my target weight.
And this is where the TEAM here at WOWY comes in - I need all the support, encouragement, and tips I can get. I'm ready if you are - so let's begin!
