My name is Angela and I am a very happily married woman with 2 children. Currently working at home (yes, a real job). I have some health issues that make life hard sometimes, but it is only a challenge for me to overcome. I am very excited to make this lifestyle change and look forward to the challenge :-). I started in 02/08/2008 with the Beachbody slim in six program, it was just what I needed to work up to a fitness level. I completed almost a year of the program, then I got bored with the program More ...
I started in 02/08/2008 with the Beachbody slim in six program, it was just what I needed to work up to a fitness level. I completed almost a year of the program, then I got bored with the program and tried to motivate myself with turbojam. I felt like I could not get the move downs... got depressed and gave up, big mistake... Well I started back with slim in six got worked up and then ordered P90x. I love it. I can't do it all perfectly, but definately seeing big improvements. However, if you do P90X please please make sure you get your calories in and that they are good calories. I experienced a crash and had to quit and recover for two weeks. I imagine my lupus kept me down longer than most, but boy two weeks of a net calorie intake of about 800 calories doing the p90x and stacking wood, gardening and work, boy I found out food was necessary the hard way and guess what now that I am eating the weight is coming off, imagine that. Well more to come, I started P90x back up today and I am logging my food intake.

05/06/10 Well I found out how important it is to eat right while doing the P90X program as well as outside work (stacking wood, gardening, etc... Spring work). I had only been getting a net calorie More ... 02/12/10 Boy, the second day I was so sore. I could not hardly make it up the stairs, let alone sit on the toliet. LOL.
