HI! Welcome to my team beachbody website! I am a fitness instructor, Mom and Wife! Being those 3 important roles helps me stay on the right track. When I discovered Beachbody I knew this was something I could see helping me and my family for the rest of our lives. Being fit was important to me but what was more important was eating healthy and teaching my 3 kids how to live a healthy lifestyle.

If there is a such thing as SKINNY FAT, that was me 2 years ago! I never had to really worry about my weight before I had my children. So, after my 3rd son, I weighed 130lbs. I thought it sounded okay but when I looked in the mirror I was not satisfied. I know 130 isn't a lot but I'm only 5'2 ft. tall! I'm short! I was definitely skinny fat and not in the shape I needed to be in. I wanted to be tone and healthy! So, after joining the gym I got into Turbo Kickboxing, lifting some weights, and Piyo. I also starting eating better and drinking Shakeology. Here I am, 2 years later, down 15lbs. Again, 15lbs doesn't seem like a lot but it's just what I needed! I feel the healthiest I've ever been and it has made me become a better wife and Mom.
