I am a 33 year old Elem. Music Teacher and Middle School Drama teacher. I lived in
Miami, FL for 18 years and moved to Tampa, FL to go to
the University of South Florida. I play the clarinet and was
principal chair of the USF Symphonic Band for 2 1/2
years. I graduated in December 2000 with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Music Education.

09/06/10 wow.. can't believe i've been w/beachbody for so long. I've tried other exercise programs but this is the only one that actually does something for my body. So, i'm sstarting over AGAIN... but I'll do P90 cardio and 3T (Turbo Jam) for strengthening.


08/09/04 Starting Over again! This time I'm going to try Yoga Booty Ballet as
my main program. I only have the 1st one that came out on VHS but I already
ordered the Total Goddess package and that should be coming in about 2
weeks. After I got married, I stopped exercising. The goal was for me to fit
in my dress and I did. But since I moved to West Palm Beach, everyone is
concerned with their body (beach). So, I have to stop letting myself go and
WORK OUT!
***Update 9/22/04. I did YogaBootyBallet Total Goddess package the
advance section for 33 days. But now that my schedule has gotten more
hectic, it's harder for me to spend an hour to 2 hours exercising! So, I
decided to go back to Power90 and add YBB when I can. So, this current pic is
me day 33 of YBB and the first day of my Power90 again!
***Update! 01/09/05 This is the largest I have EVER been! I now weigh 131
and I can't believe it. I'm so upset with myself. I'm going to start Power90,
and incorporate BodyPump, which is a weightlifting/cardio class that is
offered in gyms. I really need to get on the ball being that my high school
reunion is June 11, 2005.
***UPDATE***3/16/05 I have been doing PowerHalfHour series for 2-3
weeks straight now. I can't wait to see a difference when I measure myself
again. This series is great because it's only 30 minutes everyday and you
REALLY work a sweat. I can already see my thighs slimming and the celulite
reducing! I can't wait to show off my work during Spring break (next week!).
**update 6/10/05 my high school reunion is tomorrow! I've been doing
BillyBlanks Bootcamp workouts for 2 months now. The results are what you
see in the pictures. :o)
***UPDATE 7/19/05 So, I loved the BillyBlanks Bootcamp DVDs but I couldn't
pass up on Yoga Booty Balley LIVE! I mean, when I saw that each dvd (there
are 4 of them) are only up to 40 minutes in length, I thought, "I can do this 6,
if not 7, days a week!". It's when the workouts get longer that my
concentration goes or my endurance and makes me feel like I wasn't
accomplishing my goals. Now, I feel pretty good! I've only had the DVDs
since the 13th but I've been doing it everyday since!
***10/17/05 How many times am I going to "restart"? Well, This time, I'm
mainly doing ZUMBA workouts. They are having a certification in November
in Miami, FL so I'm going to go and get certified in it. That way, I can get a
job doing it and get paid to exercise!
