If I can transform my lifestyle, so can you! I did it with a commitment to more exercise, dedication to improved nutrition and performance with lots of passion!!
Until five years ago I had never belonged to a gym or worked out regularly. After my third and youngest daughter turned one, I decided that had to change. I started with a personal trainer which was crucial for my success since he kept me motivated and designed my workouts to help me achieve my personal goals. When I started I was barely able to jog for 15 minutes let alone being able to perform a chin up. Over time I developed a huge passion for fitness so that at this point in my life I am working out about six times a week. I love pretty much anything from running to cycling and all the different classes you can choose from, whether it is BodyPump, Turbokick, TRX, Yoga or working out in the water. I also participate in multiple races a year, from 5ks, half marathons, marathons and overnight running relays. Of course all the training really makes it important to pay attention to my nutrition as well. That’s why I tried Shakeology. I could not believe how great it tastes and how nutritional it is! It was also very helpful to look into some of Beachbody’s meal plans to get a better understanding of the key food groups and portion control. At this point I am leading a happier and healthier lifestyle than ever before and loving it.
