Welcome to Team Beachbody! My name is Anna and I have been a coach
since November of 2007. I started getting back into the groove of an
exercise routine in April of that year when I could no longer stand to carry
the extra poundage I acquired during my two pregnancies. So far I have lost
26 pounds and feel incredible! I love the products, and the comfort of

I began getting serious about working out in April of 2007. By the end of
that summer I had lost a total of 17 pounds. However, during the course of
the busy school year, I had gained 7 More ...
I began getting serious about working out in April of 2007. By the end of
that summer I had lost a total of 17 pounds. However, during the course of
the busy school year, I had gained 7 of those pounds back. I have been back
on track since the end of May of this year, sticking to the workout guide that
goes with the program I am currently using. I have lost the 7 pounds that I
gained, plus an additional 9 pounds, bringing my total to 26 pounds! My
goal is to lose 10-15 more.
