Hi!
I'm Anna, and I'm a twenty year old college student.
Ever since I can remember, my parents helped instill in me a love for personal health. For the past five years, I have personally pursued fitness and nutrition. I love working out and eating, all the good stuff of course. Sometimes my health nuttiness drives my friends and family crazy. But, hey! It got my Dad to try P90! Now he's doing

Personally, I love feeling the beads form on my forehead and see the results of a good work out on my shirt.
Even when I was younger in ballet, I would come home from class and show off my sweat marks on my leotard, sometimes comparing with how big they were from the last week.

That love for working out started in ballet when I was eight. I always strove to perform better and better. When I was in junior high, my mom (sn lynngwtw) started the P90 program and encouraged me to join her. More sweat! yay! Again, I wanted to build strength (and hopefully "out push-up" my friends! jk).

Since then, I've honestly gone off and on P90, Slim in 6, and Turbo Jam. Things would get busy, and I'd think, "Oh, I'll start again when this or that is over." Now my goal is consistency. I like to incorporate Turbo's cardio craziness, P90 and P90X's strength building, as well as walking and jogging on our NordikTrak to boost my performance as a dancer and keep me strong and trim.

I'm so thankful for a program that is all encompassing with such variety! The different programs have allowed me to experiment with style and adapt it to my growth. Also, the resources with the food guidelines and the wowy club take fitness to the level of lifestyle! I want to see all my friends and family on here!
