More statistics| arakna well i fell off track for about 2 months and gained the inches back that i had worked hard to lose but i'm not discouraged! I was able to do it once and now that i know it works all i have to do is give a little more each day. I had a goal for april of 2007 to lose 100 pounds but i now know that it wasn't a realistic goal but that doesn't mean that i wont happen its just gonna take a bit more | ?
