I am a stay at home mother of three. I have always tried to eat fairly healthy and maintain a decent physique. This has proved most difficult after my third child was born. My body is not quite bouncing back like it did after the first two, and I believe entering my thirties may have put a damper on my metabolism. So, I have decided I need a support group, because it is way easier to go at it with others then alone, and to change up my exercise routine to accomplish my goals. 3) COMMIT!!! Decide WHEN you are going to do your workouts. Don’t just “hope” you’ll fit it in… SCHEDULE it into your day. Then just push play each day and watch your body AND your life transform! You will feel so good about yourself!
