I live in DEEP south Texas in the beautiful Rio Grande Valley. I have always been on the heavy side but I always considered myself to be athletic. I am rocking P90X right now and love I love it!! I am wonderfully married and have four awesome kids. I am a freelance muralist/ artist, graphic designer and a part-time martial arts instructor.

I am in the fourth week of P90x and love it. I can't wait to workout and hate missing. SO far so good, can really see some good changes. I can feel the cardio part kicking in especially during our martial arts classes. I still have a long way to go but getting there is the fun part.
