Let's see -- I'm 46 with a super supportive husband and an 13 year old child. I work full time as the Fitness & Wellness Director of a non-profit agency. I totally changed careers from Marketing to Fitness (my passion) in September 2007.

I have been working out my whole life! Played tennis and field hockey in high school, and have been teaching group fitness for 20 years. I'm a GREAT coach with the participants in my classes, but I haven't been as good with myself. It's not the workouts -- I love to workout -- it's keeping my diet in check.
Diet is the optimal word here. I've fought with food MY WHOLE LIFE -- until now. There is just something about these programs that makes me want to make it happen and keep it going.
I've done it the wrong way...in High School, I compulsively exercised and ate almost nothing until I weighed 85 pounds. And, I thought I was fat at 85 pounds. Then, I gained all of it back and more to 165 pounds.
Body image was always the problem. I wasn't happy at 85 pounds and I certainly wasn't happy at 165 pounds.
The Turbo Jam program has literally changed my life. I feel REALLY good about myself. My size 10 clothes are literally falling off. So, I decided to get rid of them and buy clothes that fit this NEW ME. The size 6 new me!
My family, friends, co-workers, and participants in my classes see not only the physical changes, but the extraordinary psychological changes.

I am a Turbo Jam junkie! I love how the program has transformed my body. People say to me every day, "How much weight have you lost?" 20 pounds is a lot of weight on a 5'4" frame. But, it's also over 18 inches -- waist, hips, chest, arms, and thighs!
I am such an advocate for the Turbo Jam programs -- I tell someone about them everyday!! I've been teaching group fitness classes for 20 years -- helping other people meet their fitness goals. It was Turbo Jam that pushed me to new heights.
I am now certified in Turbo Kick (as of January 21, 2007) so I can fully share the experience with others.
It started with... I ordered the Power 90 Series, but really only followed the strength training videos because I already did enough cardio. The one thing I didn't do was follow Tony's diet plan.
AUGUST 2006: I saw the Turbo Jam infomerical for like the 100th time and was discussing it with my husband and neighbor. I decided to order it. Once I got the package, I decided to follow it...diet and all. (As much as possible, since I don't eat red meat or chicken.)
SEPT 2006: I'm really enjoying the workouts -- which I'm doing in addition to teaching my Group Cycling classes -- and I ordered Turbo Jam Maximum about 10 days ago. I love it! Punch, Kick, and Jam rocks!
Now, I'm hooked. I just got my best friend (and fellow group fitness instructor) to order it, so now we can "Turbo Jam" together.
Plus, now I've ordered all the rest of the Turbo Jam DVDs...just got Turbo Jam Deluxe (I LOOOOOVE Cardio Party Mix 2) and then Turbo Jam Live.
And, to add to my TJ collection, I bought Turbo Jam on the Ball. Great workouts! I especially love the Cardio Party at the beginning of Kickin' Core.
Now, I have to decide when to which workout...so many choices, so little time!!
