When I was young I completed 7 Triathlons and was in excedllent condition. After having Children I began to put my fitness on the back burner and soon found myself out of shape and pulling muscles everytime I ran to the corner. When I got to the point where I had enough and I was starting to look way older then I was I desided to do something about it.
I started doing my old routine of getting back in shape. After 2 months I was just not into it, then I saw P90X and was emediatly hooked. The pain of that first week LOL, Every muscle in my body was hurting but I was determined to push past that first week. At thirty days I was hooked and emazed at the short term results! After completing my first 90 day program I was in the best shape of my life. I now workout 6 days a week and love it. I will be competing in my first Triathlon in 17 years next season and I cant emagine being in better shape.
I have just finished my Certification as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I want to take the P90X Heath & Fitness message to everyone interested in becoming Healthy and Fit. THanks P90X I have never been so happy!
