I'm a Fit Life Coach & Certified Tutor living in beautiful SoCal. I grew up an athlete, but was sidetracked by 2 knee surgeries in 2003. I was diagnosed with a genetic joint disorder, but I'm not letting it get me down! I've lost nearly 100 lbs, and it's my mission in life to help others reach their goals. Trust me ... anything I can do, you can do better ;)

Transformation story

I've been an athlete since I was young. After 2 surgeries in 2003 that led to a diagnosis of a genetic joint disorder, I experienced major setbacks that prohibited me from exercising & playing sports in the way that I previously had done. I gained nearly 80 lbs & lost all my self-confidence. Beachbody has helped me lose nearly 100 lbs (so far!), while greatly increasing my muscle tone and endurance. I'm still losing weight, my energy has skyrocketed & I'm finally comfortable in my own skin.
