to "The Dirty Stan" (Afghanistan). I became a coach after starting Insanity and falling in love with the way it made me feel and how hard it made me work. I was spreading the word about it and got a few people to order and start it too so I figured why not help people change their lives for the better and get paid to do it :-)...I have always been active and fit, especially in high school by doing cheer, dance, and gymanstics, but I have NEVER been small. After I had my babies I stopped dancing and really let myself go :-( I don't want to be a size 2 I just want to be a healthy size like I was in high school. I want to feel better about myself because I know if I feel better about myself I can make my husband and kids happier. So my goal is to be a size 12 before my hubby gets back from deployment. I have 4 months to do it and I will not accept failure from myself anymore...NO MORE EXCUSES, JUST RESULTS
