My transformation is just as you seen in the commercials: real results from following the program and being committed to daily action.

Like so many here, I've been athletic on and off for most of my life. I ran cross country and played basketball in high school, and played Division III basketball. And for the 25+ years of my adult life, I've been an "on again, off again" athlete, occaisonally running and playing in weekly basketball games. I'm 6'3" and my weight has generally bounced between 220 and 235 pounds.

In January of this year, I felt like I was slowly getting more and more sedentary and soft. I was up to 233 pounds, and was active once a week if that. I started running on the treadmill again and being a bit more careful about my nutrition. By March, I was down to 216 pounds. My wife had purchased P90X after watching an infomercial and encouraged me to start it with her. So on March 16th, 2009, my X journey began...

I found the program a huge challenge. My core was far weaker than I ever thought, my flexiblity was poor at best, and I knew little about nutrition. Thanks to the message boards I found a lot of support and more importantly, knowledge and experience.

Each day I hit play, tracked my eats, and gave it my best. It wasn't easy, but I stayed diligent and it paid off. At the end of my first round, my body fat had dropped from 23% to 11%, and my fitness test results had dramatically improved.

I've now completed two rounds of P90X and am in my third round, which consists of a hybrid of P90X, P90X+, and One on One. My body fat has dropped to 8.9%. Even better, I have more energy and flexiblity than I've had in 25 years. And I know how to eat healthy.
