Started P90 2 years ago.Had good success lost 30# in 45 days of the program.Then lost motivation and fell off the wagon.Gained roughly 40#'s back.I'm finally sick of looking and feeling this way.My wife and I have made a pack to drag one another out of the bed if we have to but we are getting in the best shape of our lives.We have P90x and Insanity on top of Power 90.So I think we have everything we need to get us there.
