As an airline pilot I spend lots of time sitting. That's why it's really important for me to get some type of exercise. I hate the gym. Lifting weights and running on a treadmill bores me to death. I'm an avid tennis player which can be a great workout, but I don't get to play as much as I'd like. Then I found P90X. I'd seen the commercials just like
