newton, MS I'm a 40 year old Married father of two boys(17,12)and one daughter(15).I work full time at the local walmart as a overnight manager. from just the first two lines my time is already full for the day and night. With that said over the years since i left the army my weight has continued to rise. Now it is at a point where I have to do something about it. With that said over the years since i left the army my weight has continued to rise. Now it is at a point where I have to do something about it. I have lost weight,gained weight, lost weight, and gained it all plus more back. I have never been small by any means.(I live in Mississippi, the fattest state)I come from a large family in number and size. While I was in the army I was in great shape. I could run two miles in 13minutes, do 100 push ups in two minutes, and 100 sit ups in two minutes, but i was at a weight of 190 pounds. I was paid to stay in shape. When i left i got lazy, life became going to work and then come home. This year i will use these beach body dvds(p90x) to get back my life and start back living.

I have never had a problem with putting on muscle, but with muscle always came fat. I look at myself and i'm strong,but fat. I will us p90x lean to do just what it says lean out. as I become more fit i will do the classic then the doubles and finally do shan t insanity. by then I should have lost the fat and be fit. I start on 11/16/2009 and by 11/16/2010 I should have lost 120 pounds by averaging 12 pounds a month. Well its 8/26/2011 and nothing has changed. I'm still over weight, and tired. I have p90x and have not used it. I need some help
