More statistics| awakeningsoul Columbia, SC I am a 44 year old mom, a nurse by profession and a wellness coach. I have tried Power 90 couple years ago and had amazing results. I got married had my son and put the weight back on. I ordered Power 90X and lost some of the weight in 2007. I have been exercising and eating most of the time a balanced diet,my blood pressure and cholesterol is under control. My knees are not hurting coming down | ?
