More statistics| ayaone I'm in relatively good shape. At least 4-5 times a week I jog at least 10-11 miles. I do aerobics, periodically lift weights. I'm very conscientious about my appearance. Sports enthusiast. I'm not fat nor overweight however, I gained some weight around the midsection which I have to take off. My goal goal is to tone up, get cut up and build a lean, mean body machine (as I once had). To go | ?
