Canton, PA I started 12 week exercise program with my Beachbody Coach named Jill W., who lives in my hometown and made it through the challenging 12 week class in April of 2008 and lost 15 pounds. I kept those 15 lbs. off and continued to workout on and off until again my Beachbody Coach, Jill W., had a Chalean Extreme House party in January of 2009. At that time I made a 90 day commitment to exercise I started 12 week exercise program with my Beachbody Coach named Jill W., who lives in my hometown and made it through the challenging 12 week class in April of 2008 and lost 15 pounds. I kept those 15 lbs. off and continued to workout on and off until again my Beachbody Coach, Jill W., had a Chalean Extreme House party in January of 2009. At that time I made a 90 day commitment to exercise everyday for those 90 days. At home I did a combination of Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 3 and waited for my Chalean Extreme to arrive and started that program in conjunction with the Turbo Jam. I also met with my Beachbody Coach once again for another 12 week program and our own biggest loser competition in our hometown. At the end of that 12 weeks on May 31, 2009 I was the winner of that competition down 22 lbs. in the 12 weeks. I have continued working out and since April of 2008 I have currently lost 57 pounds. Thanks to motivation and encouragement from my Beachbody coach, Jill W, Chalene's workouts Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme, and a lot of positive encouragement from my daughter, my friends, my family, and my students at the high school where I teach. I have just purchased the Slim in 6 Series and sent for some Slim Express videos and started those on June 3, 2009 looking to mix it up and to further continue my transformation even more. I have struggled a bit lately from Aug. 09 until now(Oct. 09)but getting back into groove with some walk/jogging as well as Chalean's Turbo Kick videos. Gearing up for another program in two weeks with my Beachbody Coach, Jill W., time to be determined.....time for me to get REFOCUSED AND RECOMMITTED!!!

Back in April of 2008 I was at my highest weight ever...232 lbs. I heard of local Beachbody Coach, Jill W., who was going to have a 12 week class so I joined...lost 15 lbs. kept it off from end of June til January. Met again in January of 2009 with Jill W. for a Chalean Extreme House Party where I made a 90 day commitment to exercise every day for the next 90 days and I did it! I then signed up with Jill W. for another session of 12 week program and we also had a hometown biggest loser competition within the group that signed up to workout with her-at the end of that 12 week session on May 31, 2009 I was the biggest loser of the group losing 22 lbs. in the 12 weeks. Since April of 2008 until the last May 31, 2009 weigh in I have lost over 57 lbs. in the past year. I have done it by using Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 3 video during that first 90 day commitment to exercise, overlapping in conjunction with the Chalean Extreme program. I have just started the Slim in 6 series on June 3, 2009. TURBO FIRE HERE I COME JUNE 2010....Results forthcoming :)
