I was always thin throughout my entire life UNTIL college. The dreaded freshman 15 hit me and I stayed around 145-150 pounds throughout college. I have never been a good healthy eater, the only thing that saved me from ballooning was the free gym at college and my motivation to run. Once I graduated, the unhealthy eating continued but the exercise stopped. My weight slowly crept up to 172. I
