I've always wanted to get in shape and build muscle, but something always got in the way (usually a t.v.). Then I heard about P90X, and thought about giving it a try. And then I thought about giving it a try. And then I thought again about giving it a try. Can you see where I'm going with this? But at least this time I had something I wanted to try. I tried it five weeks ago, and haven't missed a day (except that one X-stretch around Thanksgiving, but I'm allowed to do that). I'm not even half way and I feel great. I must admit that I was pretty sore the first week to say the least, but I stayed with it. I can't wait to see my six-pack, which is right around the corner. BRING IT!!
