More statistics| baileds I am a 44 year old stay at home mom. I have muscular dystrophy which prevents me from doing strenuous upper body workouts. Beachbody routines are flexible enough to give me a good workout without damaging my muscles. Currently I swithched my focus to P-90 3/4 with some YBB. I had been doing YBB and PHH abs and buns.
