I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Beachbody Fitness Coach and a stay at home Mom of two boys, one 3 the other 4 months. For a very long time after I got done with college softball, I let myself just slip out of the habit of being FIT. I shot up to 175 pounds after my pregnancy!
