I live with my husband in Missouri, helping to raise two beautiful step-daughters. I'm here to lose weight, gain back my good health and help others do the same.

I've struggled through diet after diet, even becoming vegetarian for a time... but exercise is really the only way to see results and make them stick. I'm in love with the Turbo Jam workouts right now and might move on to yoga for improving my flexibility.

Even when I don't have a whole lot of time, or if I'm trying to work out with my kids, I use my Wii Fit for some light cardio and yoga. My balance has improved, as well as my posture, so that ends up helping when I'm using Turbo Jam.
