My name is Brad Bryan. I am 43 years old and married to my beautiful wife Carma and we have two wonderful girls. My wife and I started a ministry called City Impact in Lincoln, NE 15 years ago and love seeing lives transformed from the inside out in Lincoln's urban neighborhoods. I have been an avid athlete most of my life and in recent years have played competitive tennis for my workouts

After turning 40 this year I felt it was time to start being more serious about how I took care the body God has blessed me with. When you have been a division 1 collegiate gymnast and competed on the national level for years you can take your body for granted at times. I knew I needed to start building muscle again and after my wife saw P90x she told me about it and we started P90x in June. I am looking forward to getting back into the shape I was in when competing as a Husker.

But, trust me, I know, it's just not that easy! A lot of us, most of us, don't know how how to go about eating right. BeachBody has taken all the guess work out of exercising. They've also provided guidelines on how to eat 5 to 6 balanced meals per day so that you lose weight and/or maintain it in a healthy manner.


So, where do I come in, as a coach? I'm here to be your personal encourager, to offer you guidance, an occasional or frequent butt-kicking, and help you in the ups and inevitable downs of this journey.
