I do believe that health is a precious gift that I neglected for far too long and I am thankful that I have found a company that offers programs for individuals at all fitness levels. My transformation story is still very much a work in progress. I have not reached my personal goals nor is my body where I would like it to be. However, I am stronger and healthier. I am actually stronger than I ever have been. Once upon at time I was thin, but I wasn’t strong.

I was always the clumsy, skinny kid who got picked last in gym class growing up. Despite my lack of athletic finesse, I never had to care too much about what I ate. Unfortunately I carried my childish eating habits into adulthood and over the past seven years, two pregnancies and an ACL injury, I found myself at least 50 lbs overweight. I knew an inactive, sedentary life style was not one I wanted my children to mimic. I took great pains to mold their mind and spirit - should I do no less for their body?

I have lost 18 lbs since embarking on my P90 journey (23 since deciding to lose weight). My inch loss has been amazing. Six inches in my waist in the first 30 Days and 27" overall! The most positive change has been in my blood pressure. It has dropped from 133/110 to 118/72.



Until I found P90, I had never found a cardio. workout that I was willing to stick with. Walking on a treadmill, stationary biking or any other repeatative cardio program bored me. I would quit after just a few weeks. P90's gradual progression allows me to work at my own pace and gradually add more as my endurance and body become stronger. It fits into my life style. As a busy stay at home/home school mom, I needed something that would give me results at home and flexible enough to pop in the DVD when the children were sleeping. I have been on and off too many diet plans to count - If I can do P90 - Anyone can.
