I'm a 33 and in public safety, once fit and trim I suffered and subjected myself to injury, bad eating, and lack of exercise. I have suffered two major injuries in my life. My first injury resulted in seven knee operations over the past 15 years as well as a lower back injury. My lack of exercise and bad eating habits also resulted in a 45 lbs weight gain from 2005 - 2008 a 3 year period. In

Aug 7 2009 ; Week 1 down lots of soreness but it disappears when workout begins. Yoga X this week I strained my shoulder hurting but stuck with the week one. Picked up some recovery mix and whey to help out recovery time for the weekend. The worst this week ... "THE DIET " holly hell this is tough it is the portions that are killing me so I am eating about 6 times a day but the stomach wants that full feeling but I ain't going to give in

Aug 15, 2009 Second week down I had a hard week at work and was unble to keep pace however I doubled up to catch up. Diet slightly better less starvation feeling.

Aug 17, 2009 After legs, back and Kepox this weekend my knee is killing will need to adjust my workout for less impact for now.
