My name is Brigid, I am 38 yrs old.. I am a single mom whos been divorced for 8 yrs.. I have one daughter who is 12 and has not always been healthy most of her life.. Since 2005 I have put on more wieght than desired, since my daughter was diagnosed with Crohns Disease. Since 2005 I have put on more wieght than desired, since my daughter was diagnosed with Crohns Disease. We've spent more time at the hospital or just at home not being able to do anything except eat for at leat 2 of those yrs. I have struggled with trying to loose wieght or just keep to a diet program.. For about the last 3-4 mths now I have gotten into walking everyday a minimum of 1hr sometimes more on the wkends..I also have the leg master which I love!! I have lost a total of 10 pds but no more than that.. I seem to be loosing inches still but feel the pds. should be coming off too.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciatted.
