I'm 34 years old. I've been married for almost 4 years and have a 18 month old son.

I have been working in the hospitality and food service industry for many years.

Though I enjoy participating in internet base businesses as well.

I really love what Beach Body offers in terms of support and community....more than that their products actually work!

If your interested in joining me in getting into the best shape of your life click on the shop for products button in the lower left. I recommend starting with the Power 90 but I think that Turbo Jam and Hip Hop Abs are a lot of fun too! If you are already in great shape you can go for the P90X but the Power 90 is a really good place to start and you will see excellent results.

Its funner than you think and you can workout when its convenient for you.

If you think thats great you can even make some extra income, helping others get in great shape and lose weight too. Click on the "Becoming a Coach" button in the bottom right to learn more about becoming a coach.

As I watch my body transform I am really starting to see the vision of this great company and how powerful the programs are for anyone willing to try them out. All you have to do is "Decide", give a little "Commitment", and you will most definately "Succeed". I am living proof. My coach is living proof, his wife, and thousands of others I see everyday I workout in wowy (work out with you). It's not really that amazing because if you apply yourself you can do this, but it feels wonderful to be apart of something changing so many peoples lives in such a positive way.

Alright everybody lets work hard, get in shape, and create our million dollar bodies.
