EWA BEACH, HI I started off with Turbo Jam back in January 2009 and lost 30 lbs in 6 months. My hubby was on deployment then so it was such a good time to take on a hobby to stay busy!! Shortly after, I completed other programs such as ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X, Insanity, and TurboFire. Never in a million years would I have thought of completing something as ambitious as these programs. This really has opened I started off with Turbo Jam back in January 2009 and lost 30 lbs in 6 months. My hubby was on deployment then so it was such a good time to take on a hobby to stay busy!! Shortly after, I completed other programs such as ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X, Insanity, and TurboFire. Never in a million years would I have thought of completing something as ambitious as these programs. This really has opened my eyes to my new found capabilities. Pushing the limits with fitness! By the time my hubby came home, well, let's just say WE GOT IT ON! hehe!
I'm also a beachbody coach helping others reach their own full potential with fitness. More so, I've gained more from the Beachbody experience than just weight loss. I've been able to network with other Beachbody goers who have inspired me allowing me be more aggressive but most especially more accountable to my fitness goals. Heck, if I'm going to blog about my success, I better continue achieving results right. A good reason to stay on track! That's accountability right there!

March 14, 2010 Update: Completed 90 days of P90X. Didn't get a big weight loss from it but I did gain muscles and stamina from it. Feeling faster, stronger, and better than I did when I first started. It is a great feeling to know I completed a program that I initially thought I couldn't. More so, even though I didn't see any weight loss, I continued to push thru each workout NON STOP! That is my greatest accomplishment with this program! Next... INSANITY! Let's get insane in the membrane!
INSANITY done. It was the toughest 1st week but I continued pushing through and it got a little easier. Love the feeling after a workout where I have exerted everything I could ever exert. hehe! The program gives you satisfaction that you're giving it all you've got each day. Nothing less!

I use to be a 4'11 170 pounder... When I think about it, I ask myself, how did a short girl like myself carry that much weight. I recall not being able to, huffing and puffing and blowing on people around me away. lol! Thing is, it all happened after pregnancy. I've also been chubby most of my life. It has always been my dream to get back to the size 5 I was in high school.. you know, when our metabolism was at its peak because we were teeny bopper active.
Today, I am proud to announce that I've lost 25 lbs since I first started my Turbojam journey beginning of January of 2009 (approx. 1 lbs a week). My hopes for losing additional pounds are much higher now that I have a wonderful team of bbody goers and a Coach to help keep me motivated. Soon, my husband will arrive from being stationed away from home for 2 LONG YEARS! I am confident with the tools and support I have from my beachbody team, I will blow his mind away!
Motivation is key and I've found it here on Beachbody.com!!!!
