I've put on allot of pounds since I got out of the Corps. I originally weighed 132 pounds with a 28 inch waist. I now weigh 226 with a 36 inch waist. I'm 5' 11". I don't really mind the weight More ...
I've put on allot of pounds since I got out of the Corps. I originally weighed 132 pounds with a 28 inch waist. I now weigh 226 with a 36 inch waist. I'm 5' 11". I don't really mind the weight gain, just where I put it. I'd like to increase strength in my upper body and strengthen my joints. I have been struggling with what my doctor "thinks" is inflammatory arthritis. I'm hoping it's just the stress of the extra fat I'm gained. I started P90X last Monday July 27th 2009 but I was just going through the motions trying to learn the routine and get my body used to the diet. I'm going to actually start bringin it tonight Monday 8-3-2009. I'll post updates at the end of the first phase. Wish me luck!
