Trying to get back in shape after a 4 year slip :-( ... I divorced my ex-husband in 1999, and lost 50 pounds (not a good weight loss plan!) ... During this time I walked/jogged 5 miles 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year (for a total of 3.5 years)! For the next 1.5 years I dated a man who loved to eat, and I found myself joining him in big, elaborate dinners. As a result, I put back on 30 of those
